A LOT of people gave me lots of feedback after #TheFastFix. And lots of it was around the diet we went on and whether it was healthy long term.
Now what I know is that for people that attend our retreats in BeFreeOfType2D that this is covered. As I am super excited to be able to announce that Dr Adriana Candeias has joined me.
Dr Adriana Candeias is a nutrition and natural health consultant, specialised in the areas of Primal Health, Gut and Psychological Syndromes (GAPSTM) and oxytocin physiology. With a vast background in biological research, she has created three coaching programmes (Applied Sustainable Health, Sustainable Empowering Transformations, and Woman-of-Me) guiding clients in the recovery of a wide range of chronic conditions and establishing new healthy lifestyles.
Whilst integrating the most recent findings in human microbiology, neurology and behaviour, Adriana investigates the link between diet, emotional states, and recovery from trauma, providing an exceptional original approach to the pressures of our modern way of living. Her clients, who normally have highly demanding careers and are often at transitional phases of their lives, not only attain optimal well being but are ultimately empowered to maintain their health sustainably and with joy.
Working with clients towards an insulin-independent life and her focus on a disease freer society lead Dr Adriana Candeias to be designated our in-house nutritional therapist. During the retreat, she delivers the scientific-based seminars facilitating the understanding of the dietary programme and its practice in enjoyable configurations.
During the transition phase, participants can work with Adriana on one-to-one basis, benefiting from her coaching in the application of the new life-style. She is also a great cook and food connoisseur and rejoices supporting whole families adopting the new diet at home leading to the increase of vitality, stamina, and joy of all.
She IS an amazing addition to the www.befreeoftype2d.co.uk team. You are in very, very safe hands.
